Is there any man out there that doesn't know what a hair spray?because I know a man.?

Once my ex boyfriend (28) used my bathroom, and he got out of the bathroom and asked me what it was holding the bottle of my hair spray. He must have wanted to use it as a room spray against the bad odour he had caused. I was shocked and told him that it was for hair but he said why we used it for hair and I explained him. He had never heard of it, I tried to be serious because he looked a bit offensed, but how is that possible that he doesn't know it?
