probably not..it wouldn't stay in, but a bleach pen would work if you're trying to fix a stain

..if you're trying to add colors, spray paint would work better than colored hair spray, but try fabric pens/paint instead (you can buy it at your local craft/ art stores)

Unless its permanent, it would wash out. You can, however, use spraypaint or clothing dye in a spray bottle.

Depending on the effect you are going for it will work temporarily, but not permanently. Might rub off on other items as well. An airbrush with fabric paint might be the way to go. Perhaps there are some local artists that would help you do it for little money if you do your own art? Maybe they have a community center nearby, or a theatrical scene shop or costume shop or crafts store that might be willing to help you. Good luck! If you'd like solid streaks, tie die may be another way to go. For temporary art on the T (that might also become slightly permanent) the hair spray would work in my opinion.

You could for that "almost" airbrush look or you could buy the spray on color made for T shirts from a craft shop
