is she blonde? It may take a few washings...and a few days/weeks for it to be totally gone if she is. This may sound bad, but try dishwashing liquid. And the cheaper the better...but follow it up with a good conditioner. If this doesn't, work try leaving the soap in, put a plastic cap on her and heat her head up with a dryer allowing the cuticle of her hair to "open" and release the color stain. Leave on for about 10 minutes then rinse with the warmest water she can handle. Condition and cool rinse after. Good luck!

I have blonde hair and it's really hard to get out. The only shampoos that take it completely out are Neutrogena anti-residue formula or Paul Mitchell shampoo 3 I believe.

If it doesn't wash out try rinsing it in 70% alcohol (rubbing alcohol) or if the hair is a blonde shade lemon juice should help. You can always consult a hairstylist. Good luck!
