How come after you curl your hair it falls without hair spray???

im doing this science project and i need help with the question above how could i figure it out and test it??? Help Please science fairs on monday.!!!

How come after you curl your hair it falls without hair spray???

because your hair isn't really curled? and so if it doesn't have anything to hold its new form against GRAVITY.. it just falls?

you could curl peoples hair, then get them to go outside for 10 mins, then lie down for 10, then walk around normally for 10. you could see after each one how curly out of 10 they were.

They fall beause you apply pressure (heat) to them which makes them stay. when the pressure has left (theyve cooled) they are going to fall... gradually.

of course wind, messing them up, etc helps also as you are breaking the mould.
