When im flying can i bring aerosol hair spray in my carry on?? What about my prescriptions?

Ok so basically im flying within the US. I NEED to bring a large aerosol can of hair spray to keep my hair nice and big throughout my vacation. However i plan to only travel with a carry on bag. Can i bring more then just the silly 3 oz can?

Also my prescriptions are all intact in the bottle with my name but are expired. Would that cause a problem??

Honey, flying these days is worse than checking into prison!

I don`t know about domestic regulations, but on an international flight, you can bring only one bag with you as carry-on.

So if you have a lap-top, a hand-bag or anything else, it all has to fit in that one bag.

The bag has to fit certain dimensions.

If it doesn`t, you`ll have to check extra stuff in as cargo.

You are allowed 100ml. of fluids. That is all. Any prescribed medication must be shown and dealt with somehow. Boxed cosmetics get ripped open and placed into a plastic閵嗏偓sealed bag.

I don't know about your hairspray, hon, but I think you should get yourself a mini-can and keep it in your pocket.

According to TSA you can have only up to a 3 oz can. Nothing larger. Last time I flew, they were still checking very closely. So unless you don't mind tossing it, don't take anything larger. Good luck
